I send a manual Unfreeze to C:\My Files\MyDoc.doc but it is still in a Freeze state.

Your file "C:\My Files\MyDoc.doc" no longer exists, it is now in a Freeze state with a new name, e.g. sdsd-ere4e-emghr334-grtwe.benc. To Unfreeze this file you must either send an UnFreeze to "C:\My Files" (which will UnFreeze all files in this folder) or ""C:\My Files\sdsd-ere4e-emghr334-grtwe.benc" by using the live view or adding it manually.
