David O’ Reilly - Non-Executive Chairman
David joined the Beyond Encryption board of directors as non-executive chairman in 2007, bringing growth and value-creation experience to Beyond Encryptions vision. David is an experienced manager, investor and high-tech consultant. Previously he was a Principal at Renaissance Technologies.

Stephen Northcutt - Director
An international authority on network design and security, author and renowned educator, Mr. Northcutt founded the GIAC certification program and currently serves as President of the SANS Technology Institute, a post graduate level IT Security College – www.sans.edu. Stephen was the original author of the Shadow Intrusion Detection system before accepting the position of Chief for Information Warfare at the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization and is a graduate of Mary Washington College. Before entering the field of computer security, he worked as a Navy helicopter search and rescue crewman, white water raft guide, chef, martial arts instructor, cartographer, and network designer.

Stephen McCormack - Founder and CEO
Stephen is the Founder and CEO for Beyond Encryption. Stephen has executive responsibility for all aspects of running Beyond Encryption. He has 11+ years of experience in Ireland developing innovative technology companies involved in data security.  He has spent 3+ years developing and bringing to market this unique solution, which proves him as one of the most prescient minds in the industry. Stephen previously worked for Symantec Corporation.

Shay Murphy - Director of Product Development
Shay is responsible for all research, development and QA. He brings over 15 years of R&D, engineering, enterprise and security technology experience to the Beyond Encryption team. Before joining Beyond Encryption, Shay served as Director of Engineering at several Irish High Tech companies. Shay graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Degree in Computer Programming & Software Engineering (BSc.)

Lenilson Porath -  Snr. Developer

Lenilson is a dynamic developer with proven experience working on highly innovative development contracts, busy teams and large projects with short deadlines. Lenilson acquired a lot of technical knowledge and skills through an array different kinds of projects, these would include Object Oriented development skills, software designer skills through Designer Patterns, development process and software architecture.

Jason Coleman -  Snr. Developer

Jason is a highly experienced  C/C++ windows (Win32/MFC) senior software developer with 12 years experience in development. Jason has a strong track record for leading projects through a full development cycle, from concept to completion using cutting-edge technology. The experience he has gained thus far provides a diverse background ensuring the ability to switch between many roles, as the need is required, coupled with a general interest in how things work and how they can be improved. Jason has extensive experience in a wide range of technologies where he was involved in designing system architecture, designing and implementing algorithms, GUI design, Multi-threading and thread synchronisation, Object Oriented Programming principles, COM/ATL/ActiveX, ADO, SQL, 2D/3D computer graphics (software development, modeling, lighting, texturing and animation) and image processing.

Abel J. Mendivil -  Snr. Developer

Abel is an experienced Java programmer with many years experience in this field. Abel is a team-player and proactive professional with a extensive enterprise developer expertise. Throughout his professional career Abel has been involved in the full development´s lifecycle of complex secuirty application projects from technical analysis, architectural design and development to bug fixing, enhancements and regression testing. Abel is interested in various architectures, RIA applications, usability and agile methodologies.
